The Person Behind Customer Service Warrior

My name is Tamar Portnoy and after 15 years of experience in the field of customer service support, care and success, I’ve come to realize that providing outstanding customer service isn’t just about resolving issues and answering queries. It’s about approaching each interaction with a sense of purpose, resilience, and a touch of finesse. It’s about being ready to face any challenge that comes your way, armed with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help.

That’s why I decided to start Customer Service Warrior. After years of being in the field, I wanted to share my knowledge, hard-earned wisdom (very hard at times), and proven strategies that have helped me conquer the toughest of customer service hurdles.
